This is a Chinese porcelain teapot. You can even put alcohol in it. ※ The octagonal body features two auspicious patterns: the double happiness symbol (双喜紋), which represents joy, and butterflies, which symbolize longevity (80 years), happiness, and love. These two patterns are alternately and prominently displayed, making this a very auspicious teapot. ※ There is a chip and discoloration on the base of the pot (similar to a foot) on the back (photo 20). ※ There is a crack running from one edge of the lid to the opposite edge (photos 12-19 show the crack all the way around). ※ Size: Length: approx. 10.5cm, Width: approx. 14cm, Height (with lid): approx. 9.5cm, Full capacity: approx. 480ml ※ This item was stored at my parents' house.
