Vintage 1950s Swedish Army Grandpa Shirt. This is a variant with an extra-long length. It has more buttons than usual, with four buttons. The lining of the chest pocket has a vintage-style reinforcement patch. Single-color grandpa shirts are an extinct species, and while replicas are made, you rarely see originals being sold currently. They are also rarely seen in French workwear, and few shops carry this Swedish Army version. Some major military surplus shops even sell replicas labeled as "Swedish type," which shows how rare the originals are. Those in their 30s and 40s may remember this shirt, as it once sold explosively within Euro military fashion, and became difficult to purchase due to scarcity. In the 90s, it was even a regular line item at APC, and is considered a universal shirt in Europe. Recently, Dries Van Noten (Belgium) has sampled it, so I think it's a shirt that is still attracting attention.
