Purchased last year and used for about a year. Since I can't hear from my right ear (probably an issue with the earphone battery), I contacted customer support, but they said it would be a paid repair, so I'm listing it as junk. *Left earphone and case have been confirmed to be working without issues. Alcohol cleaned. Fine scratches can be seen on the back of the case depending on the angle. I don't think it's noticeable during normal use, but please be aware of this. #ear(a)
