This is the "Call of Cthulhu RPG Rulebook, 6th Edition." There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and there are no folded pages or writing. There is a slight scuff on the edge of the cover, but it is in overall good condition. I think there is not much sun damage because I had a book cover on it.
