This is a tsumami zaiku (pinched fabric) hairband made of ivory and white crepe fabric, suitable for both Japanese and Western clothing. It is finished to a size of 38cm (suitable for the average head circumference of babies aged 3-12 months). The lace part does not stretch, and the soft band stretches about 10cm. (If it's too big, please pinch the band slightly.) The back of the tsumami zaiku flowers has a non-slip finish.
