I used this for large ball table tennis, and it has Nittaku's Grastry rubber on both sides. I tried it once in practice, but haven't used it since, so there are no scratches. The rubber was reapplied once, but it's hardly been used. However, please understand that this is a used item, so only purchase if you are okay with that.
