It functions normally. There is a scratch on the top of the spindle (photos 8-9). The leg parts are relatively clean. There are no damages or defects. The spindle diameter is a general-purpose 22mm (7/8 inch). It is compatible with many other manufacturers' seats. The spindle height adjustment was 370mm to 580mm by manual measurement.
