This is a navy dress. The white parts are embroidered. The fabric has vertical lines like ribbing, making it very cool and comfortable to wear. I used to wear it open as a light jacket. It also has belt loops and pockets. There is some pilling, so I will remove as much as possible before shipping. This is a used item, so there may be some overlooked imperfections.
