Both items are made of warm material and are available in free size and size M. It's better to wear them to keep you warm, but I didn't like belly bands, so I didn't wear them much and kept them stored. The item on the left in the photo was a belly wrap, but I used it as a belly band a few times. They are stretchy and warm, so I hope someone who is expecting will use them.
