This is a half rack cross member from MBC. I was using it after changing from a power rack to a half rack because my room was small and felt cramped. However, I've removed it because I've been able to set up a power rack in another location and have switched back. You can change a power rack or squat stand to a half rack. You can also attach pulleys to a power rack or half rack for cable training, and I think it can be used as a substitute for a short tower. This is used training equipment, so there are scratches and bolt marks, but it is fully usable. Price is not negotiable, so please refrain from inquiries about price reduction.
