This is a rare German Flecktarn camouflage boonie hat in Japan, made of ripstop nylon to prevent tearing. The fourth photo shows it next to a JGSDF camouflage hat, and it also goes well with JGSDF camouflage. There is Velcro on the top of the head. Mesh panels are included, so it won't get stuffy in the summer, and the brim has some wire for shape retention, making it easy to fix. There is also a MOLLE-like band, and you can adjust the size with a string. The size is indicated as 57-60, but I think it can be used a little wider.
