Made in 2013. Everything except the body, neck, nut, and pickguard has been replaced. The original hardware was chrome, but it has been changed to gold. The appearance is modern, but the sound has been modified to aim for a Strat sound from around the 1960s. The parts were chosen with the aim of making it easier to produce bell-like tones and glass tones when using a Fuzz Face and rolling back the volume. Also, I was curious if I could get a basswood body to sound closer to an alder body, so I chose each part with that in mind. Currently, the tremolo is set up for floating, allowing the 3rd string to bend up a step and a half. *Tuning is stable. The guitar wiring is rainbow tone wiring, allowing for 7 different tones. Since I'm concerned about high-frequency roll-off, I haven't done any noise treatment like conductive paint. The condition isn't great, but I will ship it in a hard case for transport.
