This is the Hypnosis Mic Official Guide Book, first limited edition with a CD. It comes with the obi strip. I looked through the book once after purchasing it, and the CD is unplayed. It has been stored on a bookshelf. It's in relatively good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item, as it is stored by an individual.
