This is a light-up headband with a Minnie Mouse ear and crown design. It's a free-size plastic headband purchased at a night market. I haven't used it very often, so the batteries still have some life left. When the button response is weak, pressing the button firmly will make it light up. There are three light patterns: fast flashing, normal flashing, and constant on. It can be easily disassembled, and the internal structure uses three button batteries. If you can replace the batteries, it seems like it could be used frequently for events like Halloween and Christmas. It appears that the three button batteries are covered with a transparent vinyl film to prevent them from coming loose. Even without the lights, it's still cute for events like Halloween.
