This is a Royal Copenhagen piece from the Made in Denmark era. RC products had their product number specifications changed midway, and this item has the new number 1106-619. The product itself is the same, with only the manufacturing period differing. This is a used item imported directly from overseas, but it is in near-new condition with little to no signs of use. It has no rim and is a suitable size for salads or Japanese-style dishes. The way the flowers are painted on RC pieces varies depending on the painter.
