This is an iron-on sheet for processing red and yellow flowers from the "Fushigi na Hana Club." It has been used once and stored in a dark place. There appears to be some discoloration in one area (see photo 4), but I haven't opened it to check the contents because one side of the opening tape was still sealed. I will sell it to someone who understands the condition.
