I purchased this at a hair accessories store in a large shopping mall, but I never wore it and have been storing it. I believe it was from Parts Club or Evangile. It's two scrunchies attached together, made in a figure-eight (∞) shape. It should create a lot of volume when you tie your hair up. It cost around 2000 yen.
