This is a set of three "How to Make a Maid Cafe" books. These are doujinshi released by the circle "Project MSG" at Comiket in 2002. The set includes "Opening Chapter," "Management Chapter," and "Getsugeteitei Chapter." I believe these three volumes complete the series, but please research for more details... They are vintage, but in good condition without any noticeable scratches or tears. I believe they are in good condition, but please consider them as used items. They might be quite rare nowadays...
