This is a custom wallet from Arzeni. The edges of the Cambello are double-stitched and braided. The concho is a large, rare red tiger eye stone. There's a 13-spade concho in the middle of the wallet! A key holder is attached from the D-ring with a carabiner. It has a skull with white heart bone beads. The tiger eye base and the skull are silver 925! The spade is silver 950! It looks cool as is, but I think it would also be cool to use the key holder separately or to attach a wallet chain to the D-ring. The silver alone is worth around 100,000 yen.
