⚠️ Flowers change color and shape when dried compared to when they are fresh. If you want flowers with vivid colors and beautiful shapes like fresh flowers, please refrain from purchasing.
⚠️ Some chipping, petal shedding, and leaf dropping during shipping are characteristics of dried flowers.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in cases of significant damage, so please notify us before rating the item.
⚠️ The dried flowers on sale are purchased items, flowers purchased and dried, plants grown in our own garden, and plants that grow wild in the mountains and fields that have been dried. Where possible, the flowers are washed before drying. We inspect them, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no insects.
Also, insects may appear depending on the storage conditions after purchase.
Please understand this, and if you are sensitive or concerned, please refrain from purchasing.
If you wish, we can spray the dried flowers with an insect repellent spray before shipping, so please let us know.
⚠️ After production, we store the flowers in a place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, but they change daily. If you would like a current photo, please let us know.
