This is a suzuribako (writing box) with a lacquer finish and a design of clematis flowers. I don't know the artist or the name of the work, so please check the photos. There is no outer box. The condition and contents are all as shown in the photos. The small brush, ink stone, and ink (Gokaboku) are unused. There are no signs of use, but it's unclear if anything is missing, so I'm listing it as "near new." This item was kept as a hobby by a family member and is now being offered for sale. Please note that this item has been stored by a private individual. If you are not concerned about minor scratches, please consider purchasing.
