There are some attached materials and some dirt. Both shells have chipped edges. Sizes of the 4 abalone shells, from largest to smallest: Width: 58mm, 53mm, 44mm, 38mm They appear very blue in the photos, but they are not quite that blue; they have a beautiful iridescent color. The Akoya shells are very fragile and prone to chipping. We will pack them carefully to prevent damage during shipping, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
