This is a Welch Allyn stethoscope. Both sides have deteriorated rim parts, but it can be used for a long time if you replace only the rim parts. Rim parts are sold on Amazon. The auscultation function can be used without any problems. No damage to the tube. There is an engraved name, but it's small and not very noticeable. I bought it for about 12,000 yen!
