It appears to be from the 90s, made in the USA, and is a commemorative item or apparel related to the PGA Tour (Champions Golf Tournament) era when Ford was the title sponsor. It's reversible: Front → Black Back → Houndstooth pattern + Black Both sides have pockets. There's a paper tag with the quality information, but the text has faded and is unreadable, so I'm unsure of the exact material... but it's very warm.
