This is a genuine wide-angle G lens. I purchased it used, in almost new condition (used a few times), and used it for a year. Operation has been confirmed. I am selling it because I am changing equipment. I attached a lens filter immediately after purchase, so the front lens is very clean, in my amateur opinion! There is some slight wear around the zoom ring, aperture ring, and custom button. Also, the front cap, rear cap, and hood show some signs of use.
