I bought this version for the Saturn quite early after its release. (It's been almost 25 years) The fourth photo shows everything included. (CD, case, instruction manual, obi, shrink wrap, etc.) * I think there was a survey postcard included, but I don't have it anymore, probably because I sent it in. There is no noticeable damage or scratches. I got rid of the Saturn console itself, but I've confirmed that it works on an emulator (SSF).
