This is a valuable set from the early days of Monster Collection (Moncolle). It's a set featuring the evolution line of Squirtle and Blastoise. It has the TOMY imprint, which was the predecessor to Takara Tomy. There are some parts that appear faded, possibly due to the original coloring. I didn't find any major scratches or damage.
