ICDC2023 Medal (Silver) The ICDC2023 silver medal is a rare item with a planned sales quantity of 5,000. Returns and refunds are not possible to prevent fraud involving switching items. The International Coin Design Competition (ICDC) has been held since 1998 (Heisei 10) by the Japan Mint to contribute to the improvement of the artistic quality of designs by soliciting designs not only from within Japan but also widely from overseas.
