I don't know the details, but it seems to be something that was collected monthly. It was something my family collected. The back side is discolored. The front side may also be discolored, but I can't tell what the original condition was, so please judge from the photos. The catches were stored separately in a plastic bag. I don't know the combinations anymore. It's in a sturdy storage case, but the corners on the back are peeling, showing signs of aging.
