Purchased new in 2020. It was working without any problems, but I am selling it because I rarely used it. The HDD is a Western Digital NAS drive, so it's ready to use with a LAN cable. I don't see any scratches, but I'm just a casual observer. The included items are all shown in the photos. A guidebook is included.
