Purchased new around June 2025 and used by approximately 20 people. It has been handled with care, so there is no noticeable damage and I think it is in relatively good condition. The sharpness and texture are both good, but it didn't quite suit my cutting style or feel comfortable in my hand, so I'm selling it.
