Players become explorers, venturing into various unexplored lands such as volcanic regions, the Himalayas, and even the seabed, with the goal of paving the way to treasure by laying out expedition (number) cards. On your turn, you simply play one card and draw one card. Expedition cards are laid out in ascending order by color in front of you. When the draw pile runs out and the game ends, the sum of the numbers on the cards of each color becomes your score. However, the cost of embarking on an expedition (-20 points) is deducted from this, so in some cases, the score may be negative. Therefore, you must carefully consider whether or not to embark on an expedition.
