This is a gorgeous Nagoya obi made of tsumugi fabric, featuring a design of imperial oxcarts, pine, bamboo, plum blossoms, and chrysanthemums. The pattern is elaborate, but the subdued colors give it a less overwhelming impression. There are slubs characteristic of tsumugi fabric throughout. The white background is otherwise pristine, with no noticeable stains. There is a signature (rakkan).
