Used by my first and second child, but the older child only used it for about a month, and the younger child for about a week before they were potty trained. I don't think there are any major stains, but as it is a hygiene product, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I used a seat liner with the potty. All accessories are included, but one of the non-slip pads on the bottom is missing. The instruction manual and box are included. The product has been disinfected with alcohol. Thank you.
