This is a set of kimono and haori (jacket) custom-made at a kimono shop in Kyoto, recommended by my wife who loves traditional Japanese clothing. I am also selling separately a set of coat cords and obi (sash) that match this set, as well as a nagajuban (undershirt), so please consider those as well. As you can see in the image, the lining of the haori features a ukiyo-e (Japanese woodblock print)-like design, which was recommended by the shop to add a touch of style. I cut the basting threads, intending to wear it, but unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with an incurable disease and have no opportunity to wear it. The color is a slightly bluish navy. It has a hint of blue, which I thought was stylish, so I liked the color and material and had it made. I believe it is a calm color that can be worn for a long time, so please consider it at this opportunity. I do not remember the material, and there are no maker's marks, so I cannot answer questions about it. Please understand this beforehand. I believe it is a solid color, but as you can see in the image, there is a pattern when the camera is close. Since I am not very knowledgeable about kimono, please judge from the images.
