The formula dispenser was accidentally thrown away and is not included. Frequency of use: Used about 10 times during the first 3 months of the newborn period. Please refer to the manufacturer's website for how to use it. I used it once a week when I was alone with the baby for nighttime feedings and when going out. Just pour the formula and hot water into the bottle and shake it, and it will cool to body temperature.
