Purchased on Amazon. It's a large size. I bought it after giving birth and leaving the hospital, but it took a while to arrive, so I hardly used it. The cushion at the hospital was soft, so it wasn't very helpful, but this one is firm, so it didn't touch my wound and there was no pain. I recommend it. The yellowing of the inner cushion cover was like this from when it arrived.
