This is a children's muffler. I bought it when my child was 1 year old and used it a few times to keep warm. There is a hole on the back, and you use it by putting the end through the hole, as shown in the fourth picture. It doesn't come off easily, so it was useful when putting my child on a bicycle. It's still clean and usable, so I hope someone can make good use of it.
