There are no noticeable stains or damage, and I think it's in generally clean condition. It comes with a hat strap. There was a name written on it, so it has been erased with a marker. I have cleaned it at home before listing it. I have not applied any additional waterproofing treatment after cleaning at home. It will be folded for shipping.
