There is a light scuff on the back cover and a faint gray stain, as shown in the fifth image. There is a tear on the right side of page 73, as shown in the sixth image. The inside is free of writing and I feel it is in good condition. Other than the above, there are no noticeable stains or scratches, but there may be oversights. Please purchase only if you understand that this item is stored at home and has been inspected by an amateur.
