This is a retro Peko-chan electric lamp that my grandmother bought when she worked at Fujiya. Both the light bulb and the touch sensor have been tested and are working. The instruction manual is included. To turn on the light, touch the gold part (including Peko-chan at the top of the light) to turn it on.
