This is a piggy bank shaped like a small lottery ticket stand, which also serves as a holder for lottery tickets. There is some soiling, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I bought it about 16 years ago at a super sento (public bathhouse) in Odaiba, Tokyo.
