This is a 23区 (23 Ward) dress. SIZE...38 Flat measurements: Length...approx. 88cm Width...approx. 46cm This dress is cute worn alone or with a jacket or cardigan. The top is made of chiffon, so it's easy to move in. There is a snag in the thread around the waist of the top (photo 8). There is a small stain on the inside of the collar (photo 9), but it is not visible when worn. The skirt has some slight fuzzing. Other than that, I don't think there are any noticeable stains or scratches, but it is a used item and has been inspected by a non-professional. Thank you for your understanding. ♫
