I used it with care, so there are no noticeable scratches, but please forgive any minor scratches as it's a personal inspection. Please check the photos. There are no issues with sound output. The included cable, 4.4mm plug, and all but the M size ear tips are unused. The 4.4mm adapter plug for the included cable tends to come loose, so I've secured it with peelable adhesive. Please let me know if you'd like me to remove it before shipping. I am not accepting price reductions. Thank you for your understanding. (Added) I applied a glass coating.
