This appears to be one of the Umaru-chan sets from Comic Market 88. I believe it's quite rare. I haven't used it, but there's dust and dirt from storage, as well as holes due to material degradation (see the ⭕️ in the photos). A carabiner-like item is also included. It's too flimsy to be used as a bag, so it's recommended for display purposes.
