This is the first volume of Tsurikichi Sanpei by Takao Yaguchi, from KC Comics. It's the 9th edition, published in 1976. The pages around the middle are spread too wide, so you need to be careful when reading it, or it might come apart. There are also some tears on the cover. Please check the photos.
