Now known as Rats & Star, this is a patch from their predecessor, The Chanels. I probably didn't pay much attention to it when I bought it, thinking it was something made by some group in America. I had even forgotten I bought it, and when it came out of my bag, I looked into it. They were originally a Doo-wop group formed in 1975. They sang with white gloves. This is also reflected in the patch design. I don't know if it's official or made by a fan, but I think it's a rare item.
