This is a De'Longhi Magnifica ESAM1000SJ fully automatic coffee machine. The back side of the lid for the coffee beans is damaged and lifts up. I have never used the cappuccino function. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there are fine scratches from use. Some coffee grounds that could not be removed are attached.
