This is a Le Minor cut-and-sew top. It's size 2 (90), but the wide design gives it the feel of a 95-100. My child wore it when they were 2-3 years old. There are stains from drawing. I haven't tried bleaching it. It was taken to preschool, so there is a name written on it. I will erase the name.
