The slot is then stripped of old plating and rust, and re-plated. The terminals are carefully inserted back into the slot one by one, and then attached to the board. When leakage occurs, the screen may become dark or roll up and down. Replacing the capacitors will fix this. This happens with any Super Famicom, so choosing a product with capacitor replacement will make it last longer.
